Q.2 Do I need to register in order to place an order?

You can place an order as a guest, however, we recommend you register your details for your benefits like to get a faster checkout; save your favourite products; view & repeat your order history etc. 


Q.3 Can I get my order the same day?  

Our cut-off time is 15:00 daily

Get your delivery the same day between 12:00- orders delivery completed

by placing your order before 15:00


Q.4 Can I come to the shop to collect the order myself?

Yes, you can.  Choose "Collect" on the checkout page, then we will let you know once the order is ready for collection.  


Q.5 What kind of credit cards you accept for online payment?

After you have confirmed your order, you can then arrange your payment online immediately.  We now accept WeChat Pay, Alipay, Credit Cards, Debit Cards payment.


Q.6 How do I know my order has been successfully placed?


A confirmation will be sent to your registered email or phone immediately after you have placed your order.  If you did not receive any email, it might be because your order does not meet our minimum order amount or out of our delivery zones. 


Q.7 Can I track my order?

After your order has been packed and ready to be delivered, you will receive a text or confirmation.  You can also track your order by downloading the “SHOP APP”.


TIPS: Please keep your mobile on active call mode after you have placed your order so that our driver can contact you when arrive. 



Q.8  What if I miss the driver’s call?

Our driver will call you when arrive, and please come to receive your order as soon as possible.  Our driver will not wait for more than 10 mins.  If you miss the call, you can give our driver a call immediately. To avoid the second redelivery charge of £1.99, please keep your mobile on

active mode. 

If our driver has arrived at the delivery location for personal reasons and can't pick up the goods, then wish to have a full refund, we will charge £1.99 delivery fee from your refund.

TIPS: Please switch on your mobile to active mode instead of “don’t disturb” mode to avoid missing our calls. 



Q.9 Can I amend my order online?


Once you have placed your order, you cannot amend it online.  However, you can contact us directly if you need any help, we will try our best to assist.



Q.10 Can I request the order to be delivered at a particular time, or other special request?

Yes, you can write down any special requests on “Special instructions for Seller” on the checkout page.  For example: please deliver after 5pm; or please leave my order in the reception desk. 



Q.11 What if some items I bought are out of stock?


We will not replace items which are out of stock without your consent, instead we will refund it to your payment account.  You will get back your money within 7 working days. 


Q.12 Why the price is different from last time I bought?

We don’t want to increase the price either, however, if our suppliers have their price increased due to different kinds of reasons, we need to adjust the price. 



Q.13 There are some items I saw in your shop but not available on the website?


Our supermarket has over 3,000 products, and we have carefully picked the most popular ones for our online customers.  We would recommend you to come to our shop in S2 4BF to explore more for yourselves. 


Q.14 What should I do if I want to return my item?  

If you change your mind or our goods don’t meet your requirement, we are pleased to return or refund to you according to our Return & Refund guidelines.  Please read more info in our “About Returns & Refund” policy for further details.
