咕噜肉 Sweet and Sour Pork
What You Will Need
Ingredients
- Pork fillet 150 g [cubed]
- Cornstarch for dusting
- Red bell pepper ½ pc [cubed]
- Canned pineapple 4 slices [drained and cubed]
- Lee Kum Kee Sauce for Sweet & Sour Pork / Spare Ribs 1 pack (80 g)
Marinade
- Salt ½ tsp
- Sugar 1 tsp
- Beaten egg 1 Tbsp
How to make it
Mix pork with Marinade, dust with cornstarch. Remove excess cornstarch and deep-fry in hot oil until golden and done. Drain well.
Heat 1 tbsp oil. Sauté red pepper for 1 minute.
Add Sauce for Sweet & Sour Pork, pineapple and fried pork. Stir well until heated through.

甜红椒 1 个 [切块]
罐头凤梨 4 片 [沥干、切块]
李锦记甜酸排骨酱 1 包 [80 克]
腌料
盐 ½ 茶匙
糖 1 茶匙
蛋汁 1 汤匙
烹调步骤
梅头肉切丁粒与腌料拌匀。梅头肉沾上粟粉,放入热油中炸至金黄熟透,沥干。
用1汤匙炒甜椒块1分钟。
加入甜酸排骨酱、凤梨块和炸好的梅头肉拌炒直至加热均匀。
