蒜蓉豆豉醬蒸扇貝 Steamed Scallops with Black Bean Garlic Sauce

蒜蓉豆豉醬蒸扇貝 四位用

材料:

連半殼扇貝 4 隻 (約 400 克)、粉絲 30 克、蔥 1 棵 [切粒]、炸蒜粒 2 湯匙、油 1 至 2 湯匙、李錦記蒸魚豉油 1 湯匙

調味料:

李錦記蒜蓉豆豉醬 1 湯匙、李錦記純正芝麻油 1 茶匙、紹興酒 1 茶匙

 

做法:

1. 粉絲用水浸軟,瀝乾加入蒸魚豉油拌勻。

2. 在扇貝與殼中間放上已調味的粉絲,然後在扇貝面放適量調味料。

3. 大火蒸扇貝 8 分鐘,撒上蔥花及炸蒜粒,灒熱油後即可享用。

預備時間:10 分鐘

烹調時間:10 分鐘

 

Steamed Scallops with Black Bean Garlic Sauce 4 Servings

Ingredients:

Fresh scallop in Shell 4 pcs (around 400g), Bean vermicelli 30 g, Green onion 1 pc [chopped], Fried chopped garlic 2 Tbsp, Oil 1 to 2 Tbsp, Lee Kum Kee Seasoned Soy Sauce for Seafood 1 Tbsp

Seasoning Mix:

Lee Kum Kee Black Bean Garlic Sauce 1 Tbsp, Lee Kum Kee Pure Sesame Oil 1 tsp, Shao Hsing wine 1 tsp

 

Directions:

1. Soak vermicelli in water until soft. Drain and mix with Seasoned Soy Sauce for Seafood.

2. Place some seasoned vermicelli between scallop and shell. Top with Seasoning Mix. 3. Steam scallops over high heat for 8 minutes. Sprinkle with green onions and fried garlic. Pour hot oil over scallops and serve immediately.

Preparation: 10 minutes

Cooking: 10 minutes
