蒜辣牛油虾球 Spicy Butter Garlic Prawns

Our Spicy Butter Garlic Prawns are a guaranteed hit! The combination of succulent prawns in our special Premium Oyster Sauce and Chilli Garlic Sauce mix is delicious and packed with flavour and spice kick!

Ingredients

300g prawns, peeled
30g butter
2 Tbsp oil
1 spring onion, diced
½ onion, peeled and diced

Sauce Mix

80ml water
1 tsp sugar
½ tsp corn flour

Method

1 Put oil in a heated pan over a high heat, add the onion and the prawns, then stir-fry until the prawns turn slightly orange.
2 Add the sauce mix, reduce to medium heat and combine until the prawns are cooked.
3 Then add the butter, mix until it melts into a thick sauce.
4 Remove the pan from heat and sprinkle the spring onions to serve.
