豆豉蒜蓉带子炒芦笋 Stir-Fried Scallop and Asparagus with Black Bean Garlic Sauce
Ingredients
- 350 g scallop (s)
- 120 g asparagus [sliced]
- 25 g carrot (s) [thinly sliced]
- 1/2 pc chili [red, cut into pieces]
Marinade
- 2 Tbsp. Black Bean Garlic Sauce
- 1/2 tsp. sugar
How to make it
Blanch scallop in boiling water. Drain.
Saute red chili in 2 Tbsp. oil until fragrant. Add asparagus, carrot and stir-fry for about 2 minutes.
Stir in scallop, seasoning mix and heat through.

如何制作
将扇贝放入沸水中焯一下。流走。
用 2 汤匙炒红辣椒。油香。加入芦笋、胡萝卜,翻炒约 2 分钟。
拌入扇贝、调味料并加热。
