Ingredients

excess water

8 rice paper rounds

32 medium-sized shrimp, cooked and cleaned

½ cup fresh basil leaves

½ cup fresh mint leaves

½ cup fresh cucumber, cut into match-stick pieces

½ cup carrot, cut into match-stick pieces

1 cup baby spinach leaves

 

Dipping

8 Tbsp. Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Less Sodium Oyster Flavored Sauce, divided

4 Tbsp. Lee Kum Kee Sesame Sauce, divided

 

Directions

1. Dip the rice paper rounds in a large bowl of water, wetting both sides for 30 seconds.

2. Place four shrimps in a row on the lower third of the rice paper.

3. Place basil leaves, mint leaves, cucumber, carrot, and baby spinach on top of the shrimp.

4. Fold the left and right sides of the rice paper towards the center.

5. Fold the bottom of the rice paper towards the center and roll upward.

6. With your fingertips, dab some water at the top of the rice paper and roll to seal.

7. Dip the summer roll in Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Less Sodium Oyster Flavored Sauce or Lee Kum Kee Sesame Sauce and enjoy!

材料

水 適量

越南米紙 8張

熟蝦 32只(尺寸大小相當)

羅勒葉 ½杯

薄荷葉 ½杯

黃瓜(½杯,切成條狀)

胡蘿蔔(½杯,切成條狀)

嫩葉菠菜葉 1杯

 

蘸料

李錦記熊貓牌減鹽蠔油 8湯匙

李錦記芝麻醬 4湯匙

做法

1.在一個盛滿水的大碗中,放入越南米紙,兩面濕潤30秒。

2.取出越南米紙鋪平,將4只蝦放在越南米紙的下三分之一處。

3.將羅勒葉、薄荷葉、黃瓜、胡蘿蔔和嫩葉菠菜葉放在蝦的上面。

4.將越南米紙的左右兩側朝中心折疊。

5.將越南米紙底部朝中心折疊並向上滾動。

6.用指尖在春捲和越南米紙的頂部輕拍一些水,用於密封。

7.食用時蘸點李錦記熊貓牌減鹽蠔油或李錦記芝麻醬。

小貼士:可依個人喜好加入李錦記芝麻醬,香味更豐富,口感濃郁
