韭菜蚵仔煎 Chinese Chive and Oyster Pancake
What You Will Need
Ingredients
- Baby Oyster 200g
- Chinese Chive 50g (Chopped)
- Egg 5 pcs (Beaten)
- Corn Starch 2 tsp.
- Salt 1 tsp.
Seasoning
- LKK Savoury Seafood Soy Sauce 1 tbsp.
- LKK Premium Mushroom Powder 1 tsp.
- LKK Pure Black Sesame Oil 1 tsp.
- LKK White Peppercorn Powder ½ tsp.
How to make it
Wash the oysters with water, remove the shells and drain. Mix the oyster with salt and corn starch, then rinse well.
Heat the oil, add in oysters and pan fry to drain excess water salt the water. Set aside and let cooled.
Mix the egg, Chinese chive and seasonings. Then gently stir in the oysters to form egg mixture.
Heat the oil and pour in the egg mixture. Pan fry until both sides are golden and crispy.

烹饪步骤
用水浸洗贝仔,挑走贝壳并泥干。然后加入盐和栗粉采掘,再冲洗干净。
镬中高温油,加入贝仔,煎出水份后,盛起沥干,冷却备用。
先将鸡蛋、韭菜及调料拌匀,然后加入贝仔,再轻扒成贝蛋液。
镬中热油,倒入贝蛋浆,煎至两面金黄香脆。
